I logged in again after voting & receiving a confirmation email & it bought up the option to modify your vote.
Not tested yet, but I imagine if you've added to your holding under the same HIN, the numbers would now be increased if you do the same & log in.
Will be testing this theory myself next week.
18th September seems such a long way away though.
