to allow people to digest all the info provided, as I said in my comment, it will likely be quite comprehensive, therefore releasing after marker close could have a much more lasting effect especially if the following week there is another announcement mid week, which would then close on a high.
tbh I would prefer it to be on market close, I have read through many engineering studies and they do take me quite some time to get metrics and spreadsheet them
