I have no idea who is having a go or what they said (they must be on the ignore list, it's pretty long ) but thanks for having my back folks, that includes you @whytee

Unfortunately I have had far more experience with IBD than I would ever wish upon my worst enemy. My wife and one of my good friends have both been through the ringer with it - my good friend has come off worst, he's spent the last 15 years in treatment and at age 48 has unfortunately come off second best with some of the more experimental treatments resulting in arthritis, double hip replacement, colostomy bags, trips to ICU and a couple of near death experiences to boot. In comparison my wife's situation has been more of a journey of constant pain with the resultant repeat hospitalisation (plus a few fistula experiences you again wouldn't wish on your worst enemy) and attempts at various medications including steroids, immunosuppressants, mesalamine etc and when that all failed they went to the opiods, endone, ketamine, pethidine to no avail. It's been a long and winding road for minimal results.

I'm here for the science (and to hopefully make a few bucks) but I really hope that MSB can deliver on the promise - there are literally hundreds of thousands of people out there begging for solutions to problems that the medical world currently struggles to manage.
