At current prices 3.4cents the capital raising at 20cents is looking fairly pallid. 5x3.4= 17cents.

Nobody in there right mind would participate at 20cents. Might as well just buy on market now.

At the capital raising you are already 3 cents ahead.

I dont know if they can change the ratio or not. Never ran into this before.

Don't know about timeframe . Dio was only overnight from memory but they were not doing a capital raising as well. This may affect the timeframe.
