Re ASIC v ISX - The other security payment

Looks like ISX paid that 150K to the courts to get to the bottom of the asx legal professional privilege bs. That’s based on asx is following the court order timelines lodging an affidavit and submissions yesterday.

This is the info asx can’t reveal to the market as to why they suspended ISX. Funny how asx stated on record they had no evidence the afternoon before the suspension, but by the next morning they had these ( professional privilege ) files to justify the suspension, however we can’t tell you what it is. We also didn’t add it into the SOR either it so secret.
