Mr Roget has moved to 19.3% as of yesterday. If it is him buying today then he has just accumulated another 3.2% ie 22.5% total. This means he must now make a takeover offer for the company or sell and move back under 20%. I tip an offer of $0.005 initially but he won't get the company at that price. Directors and friends of Directors hold too many shares and at much higher costs than $0.005. He may get the company at 1c if he goes that high.
