If my memory services me corectly (with no G/-) the "Chinese" were mentioned a fair bit before Bolivia became our new salvation.

The story as I remember was the large Chinese Company that was to become our biggest and best friend could not be named because they were going thru a restructure. Sinosteel was going thru a restructure and was linked to Burraga on the rumour mill.

I guess my point is; even the NSW Government could have arranged a "restructure" in the time that has passed and I do not recall an update.
