Why aren't they doing this (sharebuyback)
Because the leeches rather gamble the cash to create their liquidity event.
It's absolute madness that they are considering acquisitions when the best use of our cash is investing in ourselves (via a share buyback).
But this won't get them their liquidity event so not happening.
Announce a share buyback, explicitly state that there will be no CR / no acquisition, and watch this thing rise. I would easily buy more under these conditions up to $0.016
