without these chaos ensues as a) if health status is a low priority health systems become overloaded, as they are now, and business cannot conduct thriving trade, and b) if education is dumbed down, only "smart" people can survive by conning the under-educated, not smart people.

Health and education have taken a very back seat over the last 9 years of "smart people" running Aus.
