World markets shaky. Funding costs remain high
Libs environmental policy not really promoting renewables.
Labor continues to over promise and under deliver.
No dollops of cream from the government in the near future.
I don't think any of the above will detract from PAX's long term success but there is no compelling reason to buy now.
