PT20 - re your query overnight as to whether there is much significance to this weekend's new moon - I have only given it a fairly minor rating as a low mainly because the new moon is almost exactly at apogee (furtherest from earth) which decreases it value. But what is more important just now is that there is a lot of other action up there. There is currently building a bunching of the planets so that just before the end of the month there will be five planets plus the sun within a very small area of slightly less than 30 degrees. The action started with Venus conjuct Neptune on 8th. I think it is all probably indicating a period of volatility through to the end of the month.

One thing that is bothering me and which Voltaire has already mentioned - and that is the number of people calling for a low at the end of February. I have a very strong full moon coming in on 28th which is almost exactly at perigee. I have had this marked as an important low for many months. However, after everyone became aware of the strength of the last full moon which was also almost at perigee, perhaps this one may be discounted before hand. I will certainly be watching with great interest.
