Does your video document how you came to this conclusion?
The Chinese would require a well supported blue water navy to occupy Australia and New Zealand. Currently they wouldn't be able to get here, with enough of anything to brutally occupy.
They'd be lucky to do a round trip of Taiwan under war time conditions.
