I was more referring to his defamation case that did not end well for him. As you said, none of us have seen this "instrument" but it will be heavily scrutinised. In the context of the Advent case, it demonstrates the extreme lengths that the PM was willing to go to in order to effectively override the Federal JA member. And poor old Madeleine is entrusted with "defending" the actions of the former PM, she will really have her heart and soul invested in that. I consider this an extremely positive development for PEP11. JMO.
