Voting from abroad - problems?!, page-28

Thank you for your answer and help! As mentioned in my first post we don’t have/use Security holder Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number (HIN).

We don’t see them on our security statements or online in the custody account. Without them we can’t vote online (Automic). But to be 100% sure I’ll contact my bank tomorrow regarding SRN/HIN although I already think I know the answer.
