I love the guidance update but hate the low price of $2.10 - fair value sits around $2.70 IMO. Management have politely handled this takeover attempt without leaking info to media, which adds to their trustworthiness.
I feel like this will be burning a large hole in many of the shorts. I wonder how JCrap are going with their activist "research".
