Which is not acceptable. Sent money instant direct Tuesday, sent form on Wednesday am, my computer tells me it was successfully sent and they have notified a 3rd party with the same surname they havent received it but have the money.
My understanding of IT is that my computer cannot tell me it has been sent until their computer tells mine it has been received.
Next it will eventually find its way into the wrong account?
