I agree - re not being acceptable. In this day & age share registries should be adequately set up to cope with - at busy times like converting Options within a short time left before Expiry Date - the inevitable influxes of transactions from shareholders of ASX Companies that they charge fees to - for doing their job!! It is sad - that you're often confronted with talking to a "robot" - that's only trained to a certain degree - based on the normal expectations of their superiors. But more often than not - in my experience - I've felt sorry, so many times, for such staff ending up as the "meat in the sandwich" through no fault of their own. I dunno what the solution is, to these exasperating circumstances, and I guess other posters don't. Am I right?
