    I think you credit him with much greater insight than he has.... while I agree that personal insecurity probably plays into this, its more about Taylor or Ley angling for his job rather than acknowledging other have greater intelligence.

    yet it should be mandatory that the Leader of the Opposition be part of the discussion. that role is vital in gaining a bipartisan response that will last.

    but then perhaps Dutton wants to have the Only say in how jobs and wages are managed in the future.... perhaps he harbours a desire to 'complete' Howard's WorkChoices program as modified to make it more extreme and damaging to wages and the viability of the economy by Abbott.
