Sorry to inform you late, yes I called Colin yesterday in the morning then he returned my call in the afternoon. He gave me exactly the same answers he gave you, maybe because I asked the same questions. "why no farmin agreement progress update since 21st. Dec.", "Is there an ann. coming out" "is the agreement falling out", etc.

Yes he said "if there is nothing to report that is new then what we could report" when I asked where we were now, at which stage of the agreement. I am not satisfied completely by this answer.

IMO, they should find a way to inform the market about the current situation. At least they should assure us that they definitely and completely agreed on the terms and conditions of the agreement, and now waiting for this and that! That is it. But the answer is still being "if there is nothing to report that is new then what we could report".

Has the agreement been finilised Colin? I am not asking if it has been signed. Has it been finilised?

The only important thing which I can bring to your attention from my conversation is about FIRB process; he said "we MAY NOT need it". We meomites may think about this detail.

From your post the execution of documents is a priority for the quarter ending 31/3/10. No, that cant be true. It was said on the quarterly report 14th jan that At the end of the quarter, agreements were being finalised. It says were being finilised, it is meant end of December 09 IMO.

We may be only bothering them btw, by those calls, wasting their time if they need any! Not sure when I think the possibility of they are spending some time by reading those posts here. (they may be even writing some posts as well). I think they even know some of us who we are (Colin knows better than us if TraderMC is he" or she now). Is that a positive thing or not, I'll leave it to you.
