They are likely the one insto or comp bots selling to and from, and making money on small increment moves or collecting or disposing of shares, you'd never know they hide themselves well. Even if buying they will sell 200k to buy 275k for instance, picking most up half a cent cheaper as others bail and dont want to que up behind them.
