short term hype on a JV, urge caution as day traders usually want out within the next 3 days.
What is the difference between a JV and a sophisticated placement anyway? It just means there won't be as many more shares out there to trade, but still has the same dilutionary impact, this will be very favourable for any JV partner, the same 'discount' that I earlier referred to.
btw - someone please tell CTO that the Times New Roman font they always use was so 1990's
