I think that instead of dividends the Company would be better of doing buybacks. Less shares on issue has got to be good and the increase in price will attract new investors. Much better than a consolidation at this stage.
Of course if there are other projects that increase LOM then I would be in favour of foregoing the dividends in that case as well.
