I would add to that list the upcoming PFS for the second plant - to be physically located alongside the first but at a lower capex/higher capacity than the first - as per the CFO video presentation.
IMHO, the first plant will be 100% under off-take to secure funding and cashflow for the second plant build. The second will sell product 100% into the spot market at higher margins.
Does that scenario have merit?
