The company can't keep extending the suspension for whatever reason it likes
I think there's currently two issues stopping us from trading:
1. the pending federal court hearing (I received confirmation this morning that it remains scheduled for Thursday)
2. Confirmation ASX has received / accepted / published the Thomson Geer report into SCU compliance procedures (not sure what's happening here)
