It is conditional on "an independent expert concluding (and continuing to conclude) that the Scheme is fair andreasonable and in the best interests of Tassal shareholders (other than Cooke)", which will be interesting to read whatever the conclusion.
Its being done on an EV/EBITDA of 10, which looks cheap to me.
