Reality check for holders.
There is imo no world where:
- shp comes up with ~$1b usd
- takes less than 10 years to permit and build.
- someone funds it or partners with them
Reality is there isnt a shortage of MoP projects ( studys like this are a dime a dozen ), supply is dominated by major producers by way of massive scale for a reason.
