That is not a valid best and final declaration.
It must be unconditional and not subject to no competing offer emerging in order to be valid. Otherwise it's not best and final.
This is an attempted abuse of the process and needs to be struck down by the ASX.
The BOD should not go anywhere near the $680k. Shame on them for agreeing to it.
