Those ghost dips are a trap for the uniformed. I have seen numerous posts where someone assumes they are real and reacts. Then a more experienced investor will take the time to explain it -again. It is an indication that the broader audience of novice investors may also be duped. The ASIC shorts report should IMHO highlight anomalous entries where the change is greater than the trading volume.
