I agree, he's done a great job.
Do we get the sense he's checked out? It seemed to me that he's reached his personal peak of delivering the business to scale, to cashflow positive...the promised land. Job done?
As a holder willing to ride this stock further I wonder whether to pass the baton on to a new CEO to drive the seaweed thing, the prawn expansion etc
