This doubles in year 3/4 to $78 per block.
Year 5/6 to $158 per block
Thereafter $222 per block.

That's $102,258 to $204,516 to $414,276 thereafter $582,084 in rent

Of course TNG will also need a good Geologist/exploration manager & team for many years to manage this amount of exploration expenditure. ID Targets/drilling/assay program for 8,151 km² would be fairly comprehensive I'd think.
By my calcs (Landtracker) Mt Peake is 298 blocks & 425km² - noting that this includes the access road & bore field which are 136 blocks - not sure how this is factored into the rent/exploration equation.
Summary figures : from 298 to 2,262 blocks, 425km² to 8,151km²
