Everything old is new again. This is just a wood gasifier, a big charcoal kiln. They produce wood gas - but that's not the trendy terminology these days.
Lots of aggressive marketing on their website. Wood gas fuelled generators are not a new idea or technology - the apparently novel point of difference is refining and marketing hydrogen gas, instead of burning it directly to generate electrical or mechanical power.
The sceptic in me is willing to believe these companies exist mainly to consume lucrative government grants, but I'm sure it will look good for the ESG score.
