Stokes owns 40% now...if they will not participate..and they will not it will push them to 44% ..
top 20 shareholders own 80% of the float...
I am sure not many of us would sell under 70c...
therefore buyback will see SWM reflecting better SP over comming months..
we are on a solid boat ..
