    Wow, this BOD are something. Pfizer want to buy the company, give a substandard offer and they unanimously agree. Then it's increased, they agree again, then it's reduced, then increased, then reduced then increased, they say yes - EVERY TIME! Now they take a loan from them? Is that even a thing? Does Pfizer already own the company? This is beyond bizarre.
