The Company needs a buyback or sell some land to give the Shareholders a more stable outlook.
5 years ago the Management told shareholders it was a Real Estate Company , the Company has changed over the last 2 years and are trying to sell Oil and gas.
The company needed funds to do the 3 wells costing approx $20,000.000.00 and increasing shares by approx 2 billion .We borrow money at high interest with money in the bank and did not buyback any options which has caused the share price to go lower .
We are in a better situation than 5 years ago but the Management will get paid but there is no Plan for Shareholders .
