The doc will be released and bits will be redacted to protect sources, means and methods.

But the target wants ir released so the reputation arguement is a nonstarter

And there is the public interest argument that often holds sway in these matters and there are something like 8 or 10 applications by news and NGO orgs to have it released for that very reason

This isnt a case involving the corner druggie...its the ex POTUS the likely next GOP candidate and with half the country demanding transparency
