not a lawyer but i think The scope of this might be contained to the price paid for the shares. if it's a 4.3 million dollar case, with two defendants and the likelihood of settling for less than 4.3 million, My guess is that hawsons could be forced to cough up some money to make this go away.
the way that this piece was written feels a bit like a smear of Shaw, from a disgruntled pure metals. And I wonder if Shaw will step up in order to protect their reputation.
But I don't see any risk of this holding up the BFS, it's about the sale of shares and they are seeking cash.
