I agree Scaggs, this will help Paducah go ahead, but to my way of thinking, they will use what they already have for now, namely Wilmington not something they will build further down the track, and everything I have read says that the best place to build a HALEU plant is on the same site where HALEU reactor fuel is made, and GEH are already in the process of building a HALEU UF6 deconversion plant? where are they going to get their HALEU in UF6 form from?
I reckon it will come from GLE Wilmington.
