You are certainly right with regards to a rock and a hard place, but at least 2 of the current board are responsible for making the decisions that have led us down this path in the last 3 years
starting with the appalling death spiral funding. You would expect that they would do the honourable thing and step down. Bob Sofoulis’ decision making is particularly perplexing and clearly shows little signs of even a basic understanding of finance given that the Sofoulis family interest has been diluted down by more than 60% to a mere 15% now). At least Smorgon’ I can understand with chairman’s salaries and free shares etc coming his way.
