I like your comments 1butofne, and at the operating level I wonder what actually is happening - although at board/Drake level there's an impasse that I'm sure has frustrated all shareholders, we have to recognise there's more than 100 employees beavering away on product development, manufacturing and sales.
But as many posters have remarked what work is happening on the CVM front? Is anything progressing at all?
I also wonder what impact this may be happening on the two N American directors, whom I presume don't want to get dragged into the fray. Its a most unfortunate situation!
And another question, I wonder whether Drake could circumvent the issues by offering to take up a placement on the same terms as the previous Entitlement Offer in return for board representation, with the removal of a director (or two!), and whether the Company would be amenable to such an issue- breaking proposal.
My feeling is it would be a most desirable outcome for all concerned.
