Sure, no additional value in year 1 but CSL have a long track record of integrating and getting the best out of businesses they acquire. As was posted by horsetrader above, Seqirus is a prime example of this.
I'm waving my finger at you for being disappointed with only 17.5% NPAT growth because what did you genuinely expect from a company of this size? They aren't magically going to increase NPAT by 50% YOY when they are making over $2b...
Irrespective of the next 12 months, if this growth rate continues for years to come you will be over the moon (as will I).
