A few brokers have mentioned future development costs and maybe blow-outs in these due to labour shortages & materials increases... next year spending around $250mil then $300-$400mil per yr from then. Also management are looking like projecting a soft landing for the economy with little impact on guidance, when others are more cautious in their guidance.
