Agree, Pfizer has indicated if the NO vote gets up they will only provide RAP with a bridge loan to assist them for this quarter which RAP will need looking at last quarter financial and the $1.2M fee due this quarter. They might be bluffing about not increasing the bid so who knows but the market is certain Pfizer will be not increase the bid unless another party enters.
