I’m as peeved as any SH here. Pending your perspective you may see the following ramblings as a positive or negative:

• with this offer, no existing retail shareholder can sign up for a larger allocation, to let’s say average down and sell out, this could help keep the register tight until MEM start delivering positive news
• investors have held this stock tightly, and I would be surprised if too many of us are hitting the F this button now, considering the journey so far, and sell at a considerable loss
• AC did put some of her own funds up at $45k, sure she wouldn’t feel compelled to throw 45k out the door if she didn’t believe in what’s ahead
• with Peters, putting up let’s call it another $0.5m roughly, he just has too much skin in the game at this point not to contribute, risk management move

Agreed:

• Funds are not enough to scale Felix
• 2c is a joke, couldn’t have timed it any worse, 8 month ago you had your first sale and cash was low, do it then
• AC needs to go

Also…where is the sales manager recruitment at? I asked management days before the TH and got a decline to comment.

If it goes to 2c, I’ll top up but on market, 1 for 9 share offer does not seem worth the admin hassle.
