Apparently getting a second strike rarely means board replacement. It just means numeration has to be changed. If that is true then it changes my view as to why they want delisting. In my view they are looking to raise capital but with current share price being so low they believe by delisting will value LVT at higher prices and allow them to raise more capital.
AllAll their other reasons don't really justify delisting. Also if they really expect to be profitable second half of 2022 then the share price would also rise accordingly and valuation rise. So it's not making sense what they are saying.
