Key points
-CEO was sacked, described as not having the right attributes and not wanting to spend the bulk of his time in Germany.
-SHP will look to raise capital around the end of the year give or take. Who knows where the SP will be then but i'd expect that its still under 10c come the end of the year.
-SHP spending 300k a month running the company as a guide for shareholders to monitor.
-Finance, standard answer of we will assess all options made available, off takes, cornerstone investor, etc etc.
-Permitting 2-2.5 year period. IMO it's possible finance can be done concurrently as seen with HFR.
I'm not really sure why they didn't opt for a two stage build like HFR have done to save on capex. But, there will be further studies up to the bankable study so they can play around with different options.
Not a lot to look forward to from now until production. The odd key milestone but these are going to take considerable time even if there is no delays. The permitting looks to be the biggest hurdle along with finance, even with SHP's strong environmental credentials. I personally don't like the word 'encouraging' when describing how supportive the state is when it comes to permitting. I feel like they showed it was encouraging with their new appointment of Babette and the minister but was left less pleased from his wording on this. Encouraging in what way? they were completely against but now think their minds can be changed? or encouraging as showing their full support by so on and so forth.
The best case for shareholders still remains a takeover, but there is no evidence that anyone is looking at SHP as a target. Also, these guys seem keen to see it through til production.
Was looking to hold some SHP but holding an explorer with no explorational upside (well established resource, probably will not be drilling it's other tenements) and no real catalysts, I will look to keep an eye on it...I'm not to sure how they will finance this project given it's small market cap but we shall see in a couple of years.
Best of luck to all holders, It's a great project.
