Basically it is off market (can be done manually 24 hours a day by broker and sumbitted when paper work is completed) cross trade (same broker) at $1.49 higher than the close
The volume being 200k small likely someone with multiple smsf or trust account moving stock from one to other without incurring cgt event.
More common occurence of SX CT is off market block sale by a big holder
