Not sure I can get on board with the notion that they knew there was an issue, pretended there wasn’t, and now are suddenly pretending to be surprised, parting ways (hopefully temporarily) with KH and numerous directors taking a few months without pay (though will get shares in lieu).

Seems pretty far fetched to me.

I continue to hold. I panic sold about 20% of my holding in the low 3 cents - suffered a heft loss both in terms of percentage and actual dollars.
Having mixed feelings as I don’t think 4DS is done for. Not at all in fact.

People are right to forecast a credit raise and I understand the notion that they’ll struggle to raise successfully… except that they will only likely need to raise, what, 5 million? That’s not very much in terms of corporate investing. I suspect they’ll achieve it ok, despite the recent massive set back.

So I will hold and see what happens. Seems silly selling out for such heavy losses now having stuck with it for 7 years. May well mean I just lose more, but that’s the risky game that we’re involved in.
