I do not think Andrews is popular, Guy is just more unpopular.
The Suburban Rail Loop and North East Link flip flopping mean they will probably go backwards in the South East, Liberals would no longer be expected to win seats like Glen Waverly, Rowville, Malvern, Bayswater and Bulleen.
WHat are you saying about the Greens? 5 is too high or too low?
I can see Richmond and Northcote crossing over to the Greens but Preston is more a Labor seat, if Labor are losing Preston, they have a problem with the Greens.
