With the US climate bill, American EV car producers would need to source their battery material from free trade countries with the US. Then it's Australia and Chile would be the only two to source Li from. This makes Tesla agreement and investment/supporting CXO with Li refining phase a must thing to have given Australia is a better place to do business with. Good luck all. Not far from now to hear the final agreement.
