I don't know if I agree... and here's a chart for it, since you made this comment in this chart threat.
Weekly MACD still has a bit to go before it breaks the zero line, which I think the daily MACDs will oscillate between each other over the zero line during this. So it's quite likely that the SP will dip below $0.02.
With that said, I'm not convinced a bear reversal is happening until MACD daily dips below the zero line. And the candlestick is still above BB basis, for now.
